Branded Content Tagging Now Available Through SocialFlow Platform

Users can now tag branded content from the SocialFlow Publisher Platform in accordance with Facebook’s Branded Content Policy. This new feature, available now, allows publishers who publish branded/native content to properly attribute the content as cobranded by adding the Advertiser information in the page name section of the post.

The functionality will be available to all verified publisher pages (blue checkmark verification only).  Users of verified pages will see a handshake icon in the organic posting section of the SocialFlow Platform.  Just like using Facebook natively, clicking that icon will allow you to select the advertiser’s page to tag them in the post.

Branded content not tagged appropriately will be blocked by Facebook, starting 9/1/16.  Read Facebook’s Branded Content Policy here.
