A multinational news agency needed a social media solution that could handle a workflow comprised of hundreds of editors and writers with varying levels of access to dozens of social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter. The editorial team had to sift through hundreds of thousands of stories each day in order to identify and publish those that would drive the most engagement and traffic week over week and month over month.

Audiences penalize publishers who say too much by choosing to ignore them. So when this particular publisher had literally hundreds of thousands of news stories to choose from for publication to Facebook, Twitter, and G+, they needed to consistently select the best and most relevant stories while maintaining continuity.

SocialFlow processed thousands of pieces of content from various feeds, and analyzed content to determine pieces most likely to drive engagement when published to Facebook, Twitter, and G+. Then we ranked and published content when it was most likely to generate the maximum engagement.
