Today SocialFlow, the premier social marketing optimization technology company, announced the company has been honored as a top 10 social media startup by CIO.com. Finishing at number one in the rankings, SocialFlow is recognized for systematically optimizing social publishing and advertising through their proprietary technology and predictive data analytics. By anticipating where attention will be on social networks, SocialFlow’s solutions enable businesses and brands better ways to increase audience interaction.

With the rise in social media usage, companies and brands look towards these platforms as a way for connecting and developing engaging relationships with their target audience. Companies can ensure their social media investment is maximized as the platforms take advantage of emerging opportunities to capture attention as the audience’s behaviors and interests change. By listening to real-time conversations, companies are able to make certain that every message and every ad connects with the audience at the right time.

“Being selected as the leader among the top social media startups validates the unique and differentiated offering SocialFlow has brought to market. Our clients have experienced unprecedented results in their publishing and advertising campaigns deployed through our platform,” said Missy Godfrey, CEO of SocialFlow. “SocialFlow’s solutions enable brands to break through the clutter on social networks and connect with the right audiences—leading to stronger and lasting relationships that drive positive results for their business.”

Narrowed down from a list of nearly 100 submissions, 40 nominees were announced for a Startup50 ranking. From there, CIO.com crowdsourced the second step in the decision-making process which had the finalists narrowed to the top 10. With 2,000 votes, the top 10 were heavily scrutinized to ensure no weaknesses while also taking into consideration the make-up of the executive team, VC funding, viability in their industry and the uniqueness of the offerings.
