Every piece of content you deliver on social media should be optimized for your audience. Data shows that manually scheduling posts yield lower engagement rates and reach. With SocialFlow, you are able to optimize messages with the choice of Can Send or Must Send.

Must Send messages must publish within the selected time range, overrides any publishing limit settings.

Can Send messages may publish or expire, depending on your audience’s activity and engagement levels. “Can Send” message work within your defined publishing settings. Unpublished Can Send messages move to the Expired column of the Listen tab.

Setting Must Send/Can Send From Compose Box:

  • Click on the Compose icon in the top right
  • Click on the Compose icon in the top right
  • Set to ‘Optimize’
  • Set time range
  • Select Can Send or Must Send
  • Select ‘Optimize’ Button
